“Rhythm and melody, dancing and martial arts are more similar than you can imagine”

There are too many methods!
Rhythmos is a project started by me and Katie Grillaert in 2014 to try and put togheter too many things we learned in a way that was consistent and fluent and digestible by many.
The horse world makes too many business and there are many many different disciplines that interact and intersect with each other to form a whole. There’s ethology, animal behaviour and training, dressage, biomechanics, nutrition, welfare, human psicology and biomechanics, saddle fitting, bridle fitting, and the list goes on and on. For each of those there’s so many teachers, schools, and methods.
With Rhythmos, while searching, learning and going to different courses around europe and the world, we wanted to try and create our own path amongst all, as we noticed that not all schools or methods fit all students or all horses.
What’s good for me is not necessarily the best for my students and learning how to teach what’s best for them has been a wonderful journey.
Above all is the desire to have a happy, healthy horse that has all their need satisfied, with a happy, relaxed human beside them for their lifelong journey of growth together.
